"Months of discussion and military bluffing have brought your two countries to the very precipice of war. This has placed great stress on the resources of both countries and the pressure is mounting. As the countries’ top negotiators you have been brought in by your respective leaders to solve this problem. But the tension is building and neither one wants to be second to the war-mongering party. You have been given one hour to solve the resource problem or shots will  be fired and lives will be changed forever."
